Software Clustering

Software can be divided in three parts

• Operating System
• Middleware(Interfaces between applications and operating system )
• Aplications

Operating System

The used operating system par excellence is Linux

Middleware

The list of middleware that is used generally in cluster is:

• MPICH (MPI)
• PVM (Parallel Virtual Machine)
• OpenPBS (System of tails)
• Ganglia (Monitoreo)
• CIA (environment of clusters de LUFAC)

In the solution of cluster, all software is formed according to the requirements of the client
